Dr. randall Hiers, D.D.S.

Dr. Randy Hiers completed his undergraduate degree at Clemson University and furthered his education at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry earning his degree as a Doctor of Dental Surgery. Since becoming a dentist, Dr. Hiers has been a lifelong learner, far exceeding the required continuing education and always seeking the best teachers to bring new skills and services back to the Shore. After eight years of practicing in Baltimore, MD, he moved to the Eastern Shore in 1989 and founded Randall H. Hiers, DDS, PA, better known today as Eastern Shore Smile Solutions.

Dr. Hiers continues to live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with his best friend and wife, Kathy Hiers. They have been blessed with a wonderful son, Casey, and share their home with their labrador, Charlie. Outside of the office, you will most likely find him fishing or preparing for the next waterfowl season. He also fills his time caring for their home and property on Taylors Island in Dorchester County.

Dr. Hiers’ passion in dentistry is complex cases involving sedation, implants, and full mouth rehabilitation, though he enjoys all aspects of dentistry. He is always looking for an opportunity to bring a beautiful smile back to someone’s face. His goal is to exceed each patient’s expectations and deliver care that impacts the patient for a lifetime.
